Les Volailles de l’Aube

Since 1991, "Les Volailles de l'Aube", under the Volailles Chatelain brand, has been raising and preparing high-quality farm poultry.

Chickens, guinea fowl and festive products are offered ready-to-cook, straight from the farm and processed on site in their CE-approved laboratory.

Products are available for direct sale at the farm, in producers' stores, via self-service crates (La Cabane des Terroirs in Torvilliers), or via the "La Ruche qui dit Oui" network.
For three generations, the brand has perpetuated a family know-how renowned for the quality of its poultry.
