Founded in 1969 by Daniel THIERRY, Maison THIERRY perpetuates the tradition of artisanal charcuterie, especially that of the genuine andouillette de Troyes!
In 1987, the arrival of his son Christophe breathed new life into the company and continued to produce his specialities, where a team of qualified staff work hard every day to satisfy customers looking for home-made, artisanal products.
Their specialities: Andouillette 5A, persillé de Bourgogne, black pudding with onions, pig's trotter with cordon, head cheese, smoked country andouille and pâté en croûte champenois.
