This traditional delicatessen has been at Les Halles for many years. A wide selection of charcuterie, crudités, ham and sausages, and homemade savoury tarts are all on display.

Specialties: semi-salted smoked meats for delicious choucroutes, potées and lentils. As well as homemade tarts (tuna tart - pizza - puff pastry quiche and various tarts) and genuine andouillettes de Troyes, one of our region's flagship products.
