L'instant Champenois, a 19th century property, with its sauna and Nordic bath accessible all year round, welcomes you for a gentle break in the heart of our beautiful region.

This manor house and its outbuilding have been fully renovated and offer a warm and friendly atmosphere to spend some nice moments with your family, friends or even on business trips.

You will be welcomed by Cynthia, the owner of the place. She will take care of her guests and offer you a turnkey rental service: beds made on arrival, bathroom and household linen, utilities included, cleaning at the end of your stay, cosmetics, groceries, unlimited access to the indoor sauna and outdoor Finnish bath.

This charming 220 m² house has 7 rooms, with names evocative of the Aube region.
The Pays d'Armance room is a family room on the ground floor, measuring 18 m² with a 160 x 200 bed, a baby bed and a bathroom with toilet. It is bright and spacious for parents and babies.
The Forêt d'Orient room, on the first floor, is a colourful and warm room of 25 m² with a 160 x 200 bed and access to the bathroom and its toilet.
The Seine room, also on the first floor, is named "La Seine" because of its colour and has a 160 x 200 bed. It is connected to the Pays d'Othe room for parents and children if necessary.
The Pays d'Othe room is a 15m² room for your quiet moments with its 2 convertible beds, and which can also offer a 180 x 200 bed, or 2 90 x 200 beds.
The Champenoise room is a spacious 25m² room on the top floor of this house, with a 160 x 200 bed, and a space dedicated to brides-to-be for their intimate beauty moment with their guest. Hair and make-up services can be booked on request. Also attached to this room is the shower room with its sauna area.

The annex, communicating, is a complete dwelling, with a bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200, a second bedroom with 2 convertible armchairs, a shower room and its toilet, a living room with access to the terrace and a kitchen ideally arranged and equipped.

Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, pergola, barbecue, deckchairs, lounge and a garden to share with an adjoining cottage that can accommodate 5/6 people.

This property is ideally situated to make the most of your stay: 10 minutes from the historic heart of Troyes, close to the factory outlet centres for a shopping spree. and only 5 minutes from the A5 motorway, with direct access to the Côte des Bars, the Forêt d'Orient regional nature park, as well as the surrounding villages to discover.
