Flower heads of cuckoo flower (a consequent harvest) – Olive Oil – Lemon juive – Sea salt
- Blend or chop the flower heads and turn them into a grey paste
- Add the oil until the plant is saturated with oil
- Pour in the lemon juice to bring out the pink colour of the petals.
- Add salt and pepper
- Put in jars
