Flower heads of cuckoo flower (a consequent harvest) – Olive Oil – Lemon juive – Sea salt

  • Blend or chop the flower heads and turn them into a grey paste
  • Add the oil until the plant is saturated with oil
  • Pour in the lemon juice to bring out the pink colour of the petals.
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Put in jars
