10 minutes from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, 15 minutes from Troyes and the factory shops, come and stay in this single-storey family gîte which can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

You will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, 2 double bedrooms (beds 140x190) and 2 twin bedrooms each equipped with 2 beds 90x190, a bathroom with a spacious shower and a separate toilet.

Outside, you will have access to a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol, a fully enclosed plot of 2000 m² (courtyard + lawn).

On request, a basement can be made available for parking all types of vehicles.
Linen (tea towels, tablecloths, napkins), wifi electricity and heating are included in the price of your stay.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: swimming, beach, pedal boat, fishing, tree climbing 10 minutes away, Troyes city centre and its pedestrian streets, timber-framed houses, museums 20 minutes away, visits to cellars and champagne tasting 25 km away.
